Where can I park my car?

If travelling by car, there is one car space per unit.

The driveway to the underground garage is located in-between Eastwoods Restaurant and Whitsunday Seafood Bar (see photo). The code for the garage door will be provided in your welcome letter. Please be aware there is a height limit of 1.8m. Please park in the middle block of car spaces, around the outside is private parking. Walk back up the ramp to the main street and turn right. Enter the Beach Plaza main entrance.

On-street parking is not provided or guaranteed for guests or visitors. Beach Plaza Accommodation cannot be held responsible or liable for any fines or penalties incurred by guests or visitors from parking on the street (where local parking restrictions/metered parking applies).

How do I check in and what time is check in and check out?

Self Check-In

Upon arrival, please make your way up the main stairs (see photo) in Beach Plaza to your allocated room. Guests will be provided with details room access codes via email approximately 30 minutes prior to check in (2pm), provided full payment has been made. Guests are requested to take this access information with them in order to access the room. Should you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to call us at 1800 466 600.

  • Check out is by 10:00 AM

Please note that there is no reception at the complex. If you require anything, please call us on 1800 466 600.

How can I book Airport Transfers?

If you would like to book airport transfers from Proserpine Whitsunday Coast Airport to Beach Plaza Airlie Beach, please complete the airport transfers section of your booking confirmation and return to us ASAP.

The transfer will be charged to the credit card you supplied to us in your online booking form. 

Pricing (current at August 2024):

  • Per adult - $36 return
  • Per child - $22 return

What the bedding configuation?

All Queen Rooms at Beach Plaza have one queen-sized bed only and are suitable for couples or a solo traveller only.

Please note we cannot add or change beds in the rooms.

What linen and inclusions are there?

Linen and bath towels are provided with each room (one bath towel per person).

We provide you with a small complimentary starter pack including tea, coffee, toilet paper, soap, etc. These items will not be replaced during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping or room service. There is a coin-operated laundry and several restaurants located within the Beach Plaza complex.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Beach Plaza Accommodation provides wireless internet for guests for the purpose of email, perusing social media, and web browsing. It is not provided for video streaming or downloading e.g. movies/shows. Excess usage may be charged to guest. If WIFI is affected due to power outages or technical issues by the internet provider, compensation will not be provided and Beach Plaza Accommodation will not be responsible for providing alternative internet sources. If a property is not advertised with WIFI then it is unavailable for the stay and is not an optional extra.

What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?

A deposit of 30% of total rent is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Please note that Visa/Mastercard payments will incur a 1% credit card fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in 100% loss of all monies paid.

If final payment is not received within 7 days of arrival, the booking will automatically be cancelled and result in loss of monies paid.

Do I need travel insurance?

YES! We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
